As shown before, the onsite manufacture of Klevabricks is simple and is a function of the ambient temperature – as with any concrete application.

A controlled temperature factory environment enables improved performance from Klevabrick moulds by way of accelerated concrete curing times.

Freshly cast moulds are recycled through a 65 °C heated tunnel for five hours per cycle and produces four cycles per twenty-four hours.

This process multiplies each moulds output by a factor of four and makes the commercial manufacture of Klevabricks very profitable.
